Scaffolding Coordinator (m/f/d)

Coordinate and supervise all scaffolding-related activities on site to ensure safe and efficient execution in line with project requirements and applicable standards. Liaise with construction management, safety, and contractor teams to plan, approve, and monitor scaffolding installations, modifications, and dismantling activities. Verify scaffolding structures for compliance with design, stability, and safety criteria before use and after any changes. Maintain up-to-date documentation and ensure proper tagging, inspection, and handover of scaffolds. Support the development of scaffolding plans and schedules in coordination with discipline supervisors and contractors. Ensure that all scaffolding operations comply with site safety procedures, legal requirements, and project specifications. Conduct regular inspections of scaffolding works and provide feedback or corrective actions where necessary. Participate in coordination meetings and contribute to safe work planning and risk assessments. Promote best practices in scaffolding safety and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives on site.
Requirements: You have a completed apprenticeship or degree in a relevant technical field, such as Scaffolder, Mechanical Technician, Industrial Mechanic, Plant Mechanic, Draftsperson, Construction Technician, or a university degree such as BEng/MEng or BSc/MSc in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Construction Management. You have several years of practical experience in scaffolding coordination, supervision, or erection within industrial construction, petrochemical, or energy projects. You are familiar with scaffolding systems (e.g. Layher, Peri, or similar), inspection and approval processes, and general construction site safety standards. You have proven ability to coordinate subcontractors, manage interfaces, and maintain clear communication within multinational site teams. You have good command of English; Spanish language skills and previous experience in Spain are an advantage. You are proactive, safety-conscious, and have a structured, solution-oriented mindset that ensures high-quality and compliant execution on site.
Project Location: Tarragona, Spain. Start Date: As soon as possible. Completion of Work: approx. October 2026. Duration: Minimum 18 months, with possibility of extension. Workload: 56 hours per week, 6 days per week.

HSE Site Supervisor (m/f/d)

We invite you to join an ambitious project in Tarragona, where we're constructing a state-of-the-art facility for the production of industrial gases. This role is your chance to lead efforts on a massive project involving superstructures for methane and ethylene production, set to be transported to the United States.
Responsibilities: Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of the site HSE management system and support the Site HSE Manager in all health, safety, and environmental matters. Provide technical consulting to our client’s site management and contractor HSE personnel on HSE compliance and best practices. Contribute to the development and implementation of the project-specific HSE Program Site, including Safe Work Procedures and Permit-to-Work systems. Prepare, revise, and conduct HSE inductions and trainings for our client’s and contractor personnel on site (e.g. risk assessment, job safety analysis, hazard awareness). Perform safety walks and inspections of site facilities, construction areas, and contractor workplaces to verify compliance with project and legal HSE requirements. Ensure systematic reporting and investigation of HSE incidents, unsafe acts, and near misses in accordance with established procedures. Monitor the correct use of personal protective equipment and verify implementation of corrective and preventive measures resulting from inspections or incident investigations. Participate actively in site coordination meetings and liaise closely with construction, quality, and commissioning teams to maintain a consistent HSE standard across all disciplines. Propose and follow up on preventive or disciplinary measures for non-compliance cases as per project requirements. Promote a strong HSE culture and act as a role model for safe, compliant, and efficient site execution.
Requirements: Degree in occupational safety, environmental engineering, electrical, mechanical, or chemical engineering, or a comparable technical discipline. Several years of on-site experience in HSE supervision within industrial construction, chemical, or energy projects. Comprehensive knowledge of construction site safety standards and European HSE legislation, ideally including Linde or comparable systems. Hands-on experience in permit-to-work coordination, incident investigation, and contractor HSE management. Training as a Recurso Preventivo is required. Good knowledge of Spanish and English language; experience in Spain and with Spanish HSE regulations is an advantage. Excellent communication and coordination skills in multinational environments. Strong organizational mindset and a proactive, solution-oriented approach with a firm commitment to zero-harm principles.

Welding Site Supervisor (m/f/d)

We invite you to join an ambitious project in Tarragona, where we're constructing a state-of-the-art facility for the production of industrial gases. This role is your chance to contribute to a massive project involving superstructures for methane and ethylene production, set to be transported to the United States.
Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate all welding activities on site in accordance with project specifications, codes, and standards. Monitor and verify the performance of welders and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with approved welding procedures and quality requirements. Conduct and document visual testing (VT Level 2) of welds, identifying defects and ensuring corrective actions are implemented. Support and, if qualified, perform radiographic testing (RT Level 2) and evaluate X-ray films for accurate assessment of weld quality. Ensure that all welding work complies with safety regulations, project-specific requirements, and applicable international standards. Collaborate closely with construction, quality, and commissioning teams to resolve welding-related punch points and non-conformities. Maintain welding inspection records, issue daily reports, and contribute to lessons learned for future projects. Promote a strong HSE culture throughout all welding-related activities.
Requirements: Certified as Welding Engineer or Welding Specialist. Certified in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) with Visual Testing (VT) Level 2; additional certification in Radiographic Testing (RT) Level 2 is a strong asset. Proven experience in evaluating radiographic films and reporting weld quality results. Several years of experience in supervising welding works within large-scale industrial construction projects. In-depth knowledge of welding processes, inspection methods, and applicable international standards. Strong communication and coordination skills in an international site environment. Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with high attention to technical detail and compliance.
Project Location: Tarragona, Spain. Start Date: As soon as possible. Duration: Until March 2026. Workload: 56 hours per week, 6 days per week.
