Instrumentation Site Supervisor (m/f/d)

Manage and coordinate all on-site supervision activities related to your assigned discipline throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure adherence to construction contracts, technical specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards. Oversee daily construction progress, including inspections, coordination with contractors, and documentation of construction activities. Liaise closely with the Construction Manager, client representatives, and contractor personnel to ensure seamless execution of works. Monitor and improve HSE performance on-site by conducting walkdowns, verifying safety inductions, and enforcing the use of protective equipment. Review and evaluate engineering deficiencies, propose technical solutions, and communicate findings to relevant engineering departments. Maintain accurate site records and ensure correct document handling, including method statements, red-line drawings, technical queries, and inspection certificates. Support project reporting by compiling progress data, resource planning, variation orders, and monthly performance evaluations. Lead and guide site supervisors within your discipline, ensuring alignment with overall site strategy and resource deployment. Participate in site handovers, punch list clearance, and the final documentation process for your discipline.
Requirements: Degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical Engineering with focus on Instrumentation, Process Automation, or a related technical discipline. Several years of hands-on experience in instrumentation site supervision within large-scale industrial construction projects (e.g., ASU, petrochemical, or process industry). Strong knowledge of instrumentation standards, cabling, loop diagrams, and construction workflows related to process control systems. Proficient in interpreting instrumentation drawings, I/O lists, hook-up diagrams, and installation details. Familiarity with commissioning interfaces and DCS integration is considered a strong asset. Leadership skills with the ability to coordinate multicultural teams and interface with engineering, construction, and commissioning stakeholders. Solid understanding of site documentation tools and quality control systems related to instrumentation. Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Swedish or German is an advantage.
Start Date: 04 August 2025. Duration: Until 03 February 2026 (with extension possible). Workload: 48 hours per week, 6 days per week.

I&C Supervisor (m/f/d) - DCS

This project involves the construction of an Air Separation Plant in Kiryat Gat, Israel.
Tasks: Oversee and analyze instrumentation construction issues that may impact construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities. Evaluate project specifications and requirements, ensuring alignment with industry standards. Assist in the design of instrumentation scope where required, ensuring constructability. Manage and track instrumentation carry-over work from vendors to site. Review instrumentation work on-site (installation, testing, commissioning) for compliance with all applicable codes, specifications, and project requirements. Monitor and assess the performance and quantity of work executed by electrical and instrumentation subcontractors and resolve issues as necessary. Assist in the maintenance and updating of red-marked drawings. Liaise with the electrical and instrumentation engineering team as required. Oversee the receipt and distribution of electrical and instrumentation materials to subcontractors. Ensure compliance of instrumentation installation and equipment with preservation requirements. Participate in system completion activities, including pre-power up checks, testing, and commissioning. Support electrical and instrumentation mechanical completion inspections and testing. Review and manage change orders from electrical and instrumentation subcontractors, providing recommendations to the field cost/schedule controller. Assist in contract management of the electrical and instrumentation subcontract, ensuring adherence to safety policies and procedures. Monitor subcontractor progress and recommend corrective actions when necessary. Ensure all contractual obligations are met in relation to client and subcontractor responsibilities.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Significant experience in a similar role within industrial plant construction, particularly in Air Separation Plants. Expertise in Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and instrumentation design and implementation. In-depth knowledge of international standards and codes relevant to instrumentation and control systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders. Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multicultural environment while adhering to strict safety protocols.
Project Location: Kiryat Gat, Israel. Start Date: As soon as operations resume. Contract Duration: Until end of 2025, with possible extension. Workload: 56 hours per week, 6 days per week.

Control Systems Supervisor (m/f/d)

Connect servers and clients according to the defined network architecture (Profinet, Profibus, Modbus). Install and configure network components (e.g. switches, patch cables, devices). Set up AS-AS communication and adapt PCS7 and HMI configurations accordingly. Execute loop checks: simulate and monitor signals, maintain loop check documentation, provide redline updates. Perform function checks in cooperation with electrical technicians, commissioning managers, and vendor representatives. Establish and test communication with various devices (surge controllers, chillers, analysers, VSDs). Support system commissioning including surge testing, anti-cavitation parameters, and interlock validations. Troubleshoot device parameters, control cabinets, and communication errors. Assist in SIL function testing and communication to external systems via Modbus. Coordinate with LEHQ office through weekly alignment calls and reporting. Ensure error-free handover of the DCS system to the client.
Requirements: Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, Control Engineering, or a comparable technical field. Proven expertise in Siemens PCS7 (incl. APL with CMTs and Simatic Manager) and WinCC. Experience with Siemens SiVaaS virtualization. Familiarity with Profinet and TIA Portal (preferred). Understanding of Modbus communication and Orbit 60 systems (preferred). Certification in safety programming (F-System) is an advantage. English fluency required; German language skills preferred. Willingness to work 48–56 hours per week in an international site environment.
Start Date: 01/09/2025. Duration: Minimum 6 months, with possibility of extension. Workload: 48 hours per week (6 days/week); flexibility to work 56 hours/week if required. Travel & Accommodation: International flights will be covered, local transport expenses reimbursed, fully furnished apartment provided near the site, and on-site access to a shared car pool.
