Construction Coordinator
 vom 11.09.2025

We invite you to become part of a landmark clean energy project in Alberta, Canada. As part of a long-term partnership with a global chemical leader, we are supporting the construction of one of the world’s largest clean hydrogen and ethylene production facilities. This role offers you the chance to help shape a net-zero industrial site from the ground up and contribute to the decarbonization of heavy industry through advanced construction methods and smart execution planning.
Responsibilities: Coordinate the implementation of Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) methodology on site in alignment with the client’s and contractor’s teams. Plan, coordinate and track Construction Work Packages (CWP) and Installation Work Packages (IWP) in cooperation with discipline supervisors and construction planners. Ensure that IWPs are fully constraint-free before release, including material availability, documentation, HSE prerequisites and access requirements. Supervise and support contractor’s workface planners in the daily execution of package-based work planning. Act as the interface between construction, engineering, project controls, material management and HSE. Train and coach contractor personnel and internal staff on AWP/WFP procedures, if required. Monitor the effectiveness of workface planning in the field and report progress and deviations via dashboards or defined KPIs. Ensure alignment with level 4 construction schedule and interface management procedures.
Requirements: You have a degree (Bachelor/Master) in construction engineering, process engineering, mechanical engineering, project management or a related technical discipline. Alternatively, you have completed a technical apprenticeship with many years of relevant construction experience. You have hands-on experience in roles such as Construction Planner, Workface Planning Coordinator, Package Manager, Construction Coordinator, Site Interface Manager, Field Engineer, Construction Engineer, Discipline Coordinator, Construction Supervisor, or Area Superintendent (m/f/d) – or similar positions involved in coordinating construction activities, work packages, and multi-disciplinary interfaces on complex industrial sites. You have solid experience in large-scale industrial construction projects, ideally in the petrochemical, refinery, or process plant sectors. You are familiar with field planning, work package preparation and interdisciplinary coordination in complex site environments. You are structured, reliable and communicative – able to work in matrix setups and dynamic project environments. You have a good understanding of construction workflows, engineering documentation and material logistics. You are fluent in English and familiar with international construction standards and safety regulations.
Project Location: Alberta, Canada. Start Date: 01 September 2025. Duration: Until 31 March 2028, with possibility of extension. Workload: 56 hours per week, 6 days per week.

Commissioning Site Supervisor (m/f/d) - Instrumentation & Control
 vom 04.09.2025

We invite you to join an advanced industrial installation project in Kirjat Gat, Israel. You will lead and execute the commissioning and start-up activities for high-power rectifier systems, contributing to the successful delivery of a state-of-the-art facility within the process and energy industry.
Responsibilities: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of commissioning activities for power conversion systems, including rectifiers, transformers, and associated control systems. Ensure adherence to the approved commissioning schedule and allocate resources effectively to meet project milestones. Supervise and support functional testing, energization, parameterization, and troubleshooting of rectifier and polarizer DRP7 regulators. Oversee inspection and validation of key components such as transformers, rectifiers, DC busbars, DC isolators, control panels, and cooling systems. Coordinate the execution of system start-up measurements (DC voltage, current, and thermal parameters) and low-load tests (e.g. water tank method) in accordance with project specifications. Ensure accurate implementation of PLC and HMI software configurations, including I/O validation, interlock testing, and DCS integration (ModBus, Ethernet, etc.). Manage and guide a multicultural team of technicians and subcontractors in all commissioning phases, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Maintain thorough documentation of all commissioning steps, including red-line drawings, inspection reports, test records, and punch list resolutions. Interface with client representatives and engineering teams to resolve technical issues and provide commissioning progress updates. Ensure readiness for final handover by supervising punch list closure and supporting the preparation of as-built documentation.
Requirements: Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or related technical discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in commissioning or start-up roles for power electronics or industrial automation systems, ideally within the rectifier or energy conversion sector. Strong hands-on expertise in rectifier and transformer inspection, DRP7 regulator parameterization, and commissioning tools such as oscilloscopes, megger testers, and thermal cameras. Sound knowledge of PLC systems (e.g. Siemens TIA Portal), loop checking, and analog/digital I/O testing procedures. Ability to lead commissioning sequences independently, including energization, fault detection, and load simulation via test tanks. Familiarity with remote diagnostics tools (TeamViewer, ConfigTool), electrical protection devices (e.g. MiCOM P122), and AC energy analyzers. Excellent communication and leadership skills in a multicultural environment. Fluency in English (written and spoken); Hebrew is a plus.
